Posting Policy

To keep our marketplace trustworthy and useful for everyone, all listings — whether for a car, motorcycle, truck, or boat — must follow these guidelines:

1. Accuracy of Information All details must accurately represent the vehicle being sold. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Cars & Trucks — make, model, year, mileage, condition, VIN, title status
• Motorcycles/Bikes — make, model, year, mileage, engine size, condition, VIN, title status
• Boats — make, model, year, hull material, length, engine hours, hull identification number (HIN), title/registration status

Photos, price, and condition must match the actual item being sold.

2. Ownership & Authorization You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization to sell it on the owner's behalf.

3. Correct Category Placement Vehicles must be listed under the correct category (Car, Motorcycle/Bike, Truck, or Boat) so buyers can search and filter accurately. Miscategorized listings may be moved or removed.

4. Photo Requirements

• Use clear, recent photos of the actual vehicle being sold (no stock images or photos of a different unit).
• Include exterior, interior (where applicable), and any relevant damage or wear.
• For boats, include the hull, deck, engine compartment, and any trailer included in the sale.
• Do not include personal information (license plates, faces, documents) in photos unless necessary.

5. Pricing List a fair and honest asking price. Bait-and-switch pricing (advertising a low price that isn't honored) is not permitted.

6. Prohibited Listings The following are not allowed on our platform:

• Stolen vehicles, or salvage/rebuilt-title vehicles not clearly disclosed as such
  Vehicles with unresolved liens (unless disclosed)
  Unregistered or non-titled vessels not clearly disclosed as such (where applicable)
  Non-vehicle items or unrelated advertisements
  Listings containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

7. Contact Information Do not include personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, external links) directly in the listing description. Use our built-in messaging system.

8. Enforcement Listings that violate this policy may be edited, removed, or permanently banned at our discretion, without prior notice.
