What Can You Report?

Report a User

You can report a buyer, seller, dealer, or other user if you believe they are:

• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Harassing or threatening other users

• Impersonating another person or business

• Providing false or misleading information

• Violating 345Cars policies

• Requesting unsafe or unusual payment methods

Report a Vehicle Listing

Please report a listing if you believe the information is false, misleading, or otherwise violates our marketplace rules.

Examples include:

• Fake or misleading vehicle information

• Incorrect price, mileage, or vehicle details

• Duplicate or spam listings

• A vehicle that does not appear to exist

• Misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition or history

• Unauthorized use of someone else's vehicle or images

• Any other suspicious listing activity

Report a Scam or Fraud

If you believe someone is attempting to scam you through 345Cars, please contact us as soon as possible.

Examples include:

• Requests for payment before viewing a vehicle

• Fake payment confirmations

• Suspicious payment instructions

• Requests for passwords, PINs, banking information, or other sensitive information

• Fake buyers or sellers

• Offers that appear unusually good or suspicious

• Attempts to move a transaction outside 345Cars under suspicious circumstances

Important: Never share your password, banking credentials, PIN, or other sensitive financial information with another user.

Report an Advertisement

You can report an advertisement if you believe it is:

• Misleading or deceptive

• Inappropriate or offensive

• Fraudulent

• Unrelated to the advertised service or product

• In violation of our advertising policies

Please include the advertisement URL or a screenshot whenever possible.

Report Other Issues

If you encounter another issue that doesn't fit the categories above, you can still contact us.

Simply describe the problem clearly in your email, and our team will review it.

To help us investigate your report quickly, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• Report type: User, Listing, Scam/Fraud, Advertisement, or Other

• Listing URL or Listing ID, if applicable

• Username, seller name, or business name, if applicable

• Date and approximate time of the incident

• A detailed description of the issue

• Screenshots or other supporting evidence, if available

Suggested Email Subject

Please use a clear subject such as:

Report – Suspicious Listing [Listing ID]

or

Report – Suspected Scam

What Happens After You Report?

Our team will review the information you provide and investigate the reported activity where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Request additional information

• Contact the reported user

• Remove or modify a listing

• Remove an advertisement

• Restrict or suspend an account

• Take other appropriate action in accordance with our policies

Submitting a report does not guarantee that action will be taken. We assess reports based on the information available to us and our applicable policies.

If You Have Been Scammed

If you have already sent money or shared sensitive financial information and believe you have been defrauded, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. You should also contact the appropriate law-enforcement or fraud-reporting authority in your area.
